I'm Dragica Merdzan,
leadership coach specialized in transforming obstacles into stepping stones to success.
I am a psychologist with professional background in human resources, having worked across the banking industry and media.
Throughout my career, I was strategic partner with managers at all levels—from team leaders to executive directors, board members and CEO-s. My commitment to personal and professional growth led me to complete my coaching education at PwC Academy. I am also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), organization dedicated to maintaining the gold standard in coaching as ACC – Associate Certified Coach.
I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help people grow and change— seeing them spread their wings and become everything they once only dreamed of. I enjoy working with managers who share my passion for change, innovation, continuous learning, and achieving results. My coaching style is results oriented – I’m helping my clients to make measurable changes that lead to lasting success. At the same time, I don’t just focus on goals—I focus on the person behind them. I’m here to support my clients as they turn their dreams into actionable goals and those goals into tangible realities. Whether it’s helping a leader grow into their next role or guiding a leadership team member to peak performance, my role is to be a catalyst for meaningful and lasting transformation.

But beyond my professional roles, I’m also a daughter, sister, wife, mother and a friend. These relationships shaped my values, who I am and how I approach my work. Balance is everything.

Why leadership coaching?
I used to think that no profession in this world could fulfill me more, make me happier, feel more purposeful, or make a greater impact than working in Human Resources. Then I discovered coaching.
Through coaching, I help leaders create an authentic leadership style, reveal their hidden potential, overcome self-sabotaging thoughts, find balance in all the roles they have in their personal and professional lives, achieve remarkable business results and live happier, more purposeful lives. The transformation that happens when we trust the process together motivates me to continuously find new ways to adapt to my clients’ needs and challenge them in a way that suits them best.

Why working with leaders is my priority?

I help leaders consciously choose their direction, become bolder, more decisive, more innovative, take personal responsibility and lead others by example.
Being a leader is challenging. Expectations are sky-high, the responsibility is enormous and the goals can sometimes seem impossible to achieve. They are constantly being asked to deliver results, but who supports them on that way? That’s where I come in, with my coaching, trainings and the most importantly – human and compassionate approach.
